This quote perfectly captures where my passion lies: supporting people in their professional development and growth. With a personal, human-centered, and positively critical approach, I help professionals, teams, and organizations gain clarity on their challenges – and work toward their goals in a focused and enjoyable way. I believe in an approach that not only enhances performance, but also strengthens collaboration and increases job satisfaction.

After completing my Master’s degree in Medical Biology, I spent over 22 years working in international pharmaceutical companies, in a variety of roles across science, manufacturing, and the global commercialization of medicines. As a leader of multidisciplinary teams, I discovered my true calling: supporting people in their growth.

My passion for coaching only grew stronger. Over the past 10+ years, I worked in Learning & Development, designing and delivering programs that inspired, challenged, and empowered people to gain new insights. In 2024, I took the step into entrepreneurship as a trainer, coach, and (interim) learning consultant.

Today, I bring energy, dedication, and curiosity to everything I do – creating meaningful, lasting impact for both
individuals and organizations.
